The Mummy 3: Return Of the Dragon Emperor

Visual effects are good. Just look at how the Mummy Emperor turns into a 3-headed dragon, some enlarged lion-beast creature, spitting fire and controlling all kinds of elements etc. It's all weird to me, unfortunately. There is no details that goes about the emperor being able to transform.

And to us who've know a bit on the Chinese history, it's really hard to put fiction together with the history which we were taught or known.

Hollywood likes to produce movies with association to Asians nowadays, and almost every film have a relation to the mythical creature - dragon. And characters suddenly can speak English everytime. It turns boring.

The change of the female lead character to someone unfamiliar is also another turn-off point.

Well, in my opinion, I didn't like the show one bit.

Medic Certificate

I couldn't believe I've attended 3 medic courses the past 4 days, and got 4 certificates for the 4 courses.

Heartsaver Course - It comprises of mainly the informations and steps to carry out the CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation - If you didn't know what CPR is)

FAP Course - First Aid Party. The basics we need to know to dress different kinds of wounds, cuts, burns, fractures and know the name, type and severity of each kind of injury.

AED Course - AED means Automatic External Defibrillator. This is a kind of portable device we are taught to use "Shock" to reset a patient's pulse rhythm back to normal if the patient has a VF(ventricular fribrillation) which refers to, abnormal pulse frequency. This is mostly done along with CPR. It's rather demoralising to know that survival rate drops by 10% every minute this process is delayed when there's VF or the heart stops beating.

AFAP Course - Advanced First Aid Party. To pass this test, we need to do injection LIVE! That means we are paired up to poke the hell out of each other and inject a tube into the victim's veins for IV Drips. This is the most exciting course of all. haha.

But wtf am I doing there.. I am a Technician.
