..A World of Nonsense..

Everytime I felt I had to post a pix in my blog only made me remembered that i forgot to get my camera repaired.

I want to take pix of things.
Not professionally,
not intentionally,
just to take pix when I want to.

2 of my ship friends ORD this coming week, and one of them has his birthday on his ORD date! So, had to use magic to create money from my already 'pua-kang' pockets to fish out enough for a casual dinner down at Yuki Yaki Marina. (Spent nearly $3000 so far since 10th May)

We talked about those usual stuffs like the future plans, studies, work, people, gossips, complaints, etc.

"Hopefully can find a girlfriend who can understand me well." says A.

Me, "You ownself must let yourself be understood ma. Everytime you blackface ask you, you'll say nothing or shake head. Other than knowing you can sing well and you love ktv, like nothing much liao. I know you for more than 1 year and that's all I know about you."

We went on, asking about what are their criteria they look for, for a good girlfriend.

It's almost predictable what they'll say. The usual 'Preferably attractive' and comparability to certain celebrities with regards to their characters and looks. I'm rather surprised 'Can cook and do laundry' is none of their seeking criteria.

But when it comes to "What do you think girls look for, for a good boyfriend." Conflicts! One feels that most girls go for rich and handsome guys. One thinks that having a stable income, a good education cert, provides a certain sense of security, is important.

I was taught that when making a goal, target, or expectations, must be rationally achieveable. Reaching to reach someone's expectation on the appearance and financial level is not something to achieve easily even if you work hard.

I told them, my temper is sometimes not good. I sort of know myself. I can get sarcastic when I feel that people ask me things that I think it's not worth a question at all. That's why, if any girl can tolerate my temper, a bit smarty and pleasant looking can liao. And provided I like her. The rest depends on how she want me to love her, and how I am receiving. Most importantly, the chemistry must be there. Good looks, figure, finance status, are all bonuses.

It seems I'm starting to look for reasons to do favor for people. Although I may still do it nevertheless, but, giving, doing, giving, doing, I still don't feel like I'm getting anything back, at all.

Oh well, I'll find means to be better. Next time.
