..A World of Nonsense..

It was a very hasty decision made last week to paint up my room before CNY. But I just got pretty sick of my blue life for the past few years, probably already reached a decade.

My Job's totally blue. My room's light and milky blue. My car's silverish blue. But my favourite colour's not blue.

On friday itself marks the final decision to change my room's colour. Stamped. I'm Amateur in colour blending and to avoid the risk in too contrasting colours with my huge and lengthy blue cabinets, I skipped ideas and opinions of bright greens, yellows or oranges. Heck.

Well, in the end, there's not much time left and so many choices. So based on a image on a design worked out by my mind. I juz decided to make a go for it. White, Teila Turqoise and Sea Breeze blue.

White for ceiling, blue and turqoise for a design. i decided to skip the details, becos this design wasn't used in the end.

Vince and Hy were present on friday. Hy accompanied me to buy the paint equipments and then vince came by and we set up to paint the ceiling. 3 layers were done up before they leave in the evening.

Further on that night, heroic vince came back at 11pm to paint the last, 4th layer of white with me after I moved some of the furnitures out of my room. Then we set up the place for the next day. Its 2am when we finished everything.Then I had to move to vince house to sleep due to the mess in my room..z

Woke up 8am the next day. Ah bak reached, damn on time, at 9 30am for breakfast. Weixiang reached at 12pm plus.

These walls were pretty much done, right about 3pm. Then i realise from the outlines of it, the design gonna come out sucky - like shopping center multistorey carpark like that. So I'm panicking! All of us gets pretty mind-occupied, searching and thinking of possible arts that we could draw or use on the wall. I even dun mind painting the whole room with just turqouise at that point of time. Seems pretty cosy to me - Brighter ceiling and darker walls.

Hy came around 5 while i was struggling with drawing these things. Can't do it still. Then i remembered someone!

Haoren Da Vinci

He was pretty much the best artist friend among us living in this area. So quickly contact him and I'm very fortunate to get him at the point before he's going out to meet his friends. I asked him for the materials he might need and quickly got him into work.

"15 minutes can finish la"

But the complexity of the drawings actually had him cancelled his meeting with his friends and stayed the near 2 hours to finish. Haha. But I'm very glad he stayed.

As Haoren Da Vinci extracted and copy the drawings from the flower pages, the rest did some touch-ups on some places while i prepare some drinks and snacks for them. Its past dinner time.
