I thought this trip ended too quickly. I thought I didn't have enough time to appreciate the things that were there. and I thought I can master my cantonese speaking.
Their buildings' architectures, the shopping streets and the city is like a big excavating site - There are still too many things left un-dugged. I thought I could adapt well to the scorching hot weather there, but i realised i was wrong. It's so ****ing hot.
Some places I didn't take picture with my camera.. but well, shall just show some details of the 5 days:
Day 1:
Arrival - 11amBee was there with the driver when we arrived. That day I was not aware that she was taking the MTR Train while we sit comfortably in Vans when we make our way to the hotel. There are 10 of us, 5 for each van, thinking back, I realised I was so fuked up!
The van interior... I see more toys than scenery.
Our first meal at a nearby restaurant after unpacking. Looks all brown but it's nice! got ice milk tea is the best!
After that.. we went to Yau Ma Tei station to get the Octopus card - Identical to our Easilink Card.
They had this fantastic machine that could check your card value as well as the previous 10 destinations you've been to, and how much was paid.
Uptown mall - IFC
The words are made of bread. I find it nice. But inside price not nice.
1 single packet korean instant noodle SGD 8.00
After that, we visited The Peak. A tram bring us up the mountain for a breathtaking sight of the city from above. My camera empty battery at this time. No pix.
Night shopping at the 尖沙咀.. or somewhere else.. forget

Day 2:
深圳-Never again
Wake: 0800a.m
Journey was an hour plus by train.
I hate it there, I dunno why.
Maybe it's the hot weather, maybe it's the people, maybe it's just because of..
1.the vast amount of Fake currencies
2.the number of robbers
3.the freaking prices the vendors offered - the most annoying thing.
Well, u know we can have a lot of reason to love something, but sometimes we dun need any - to hate.
This very tiny coin-like ticket for their train is not used for inserting - It's used for tapping - like our Easilink card!
Well, the only thing I'm amused there.
The 东门 shopping district at 深圳. Jeff, apparently cant stand the air there, he went mad.
He say he's a scout from GE.

Day 3:
Ocean ParkWake: 0800a.m
Bee meet us at 0900a.m after breakfast and the Vans were waiting. This was when I realise Bee was taking MTR.. when I always thought she's driving..
Bee: I tried to find u back when u walk off, but you walk very fast...
Ocean Park. Its crowded with people. And the people are crowded with eager.
It feels like years of lost childhood and suddenly coming back. And I feel so old among the people here.

Free Fall from around 20 storey high - The Abyssl.
After the roller coaster and Abyssl ride, we went for the dolphin and sealion show.
Mine train was the last. Its the best ride compared to the others.
The general theme for the park is surprisingly - pandas.
But the park name is Ocean Park. What does it got to do with bamboo shoots and bears?
Woooo......!
I was glad finally, Bee was able to take the van with us back. My 良心 finally heals a little.
Took an hour break at the hotel before dinner.
Jeff got this indian-fingers claypot rice for food. Mine tastes nice, but this beef hotdog has a rather strong smell.. It's not for my appetite la..

The prawns taste great! The flour that is used to fry it.. i nv taste b4..its more fragrant than our 麦片prawns..think it's one of Bee's favorite dish there.
After dinner we went shopping around temple street a.k.a 男人街. Right? Sex toys everywhere. Zz.
Purchased quite a few souvenirs and craps there. I dunno how to bargain for cheaper price.. I only either buy, or don't buy if I don't like. I think that's just me ba.
Me and bee left the rest to shop.. we're tired. It's around 11pm when we took a cab back to our hotel, where she take a bus back home.
Bed: 1230a.m
4th Day:
Lantau Island
The administrators' bridge - or so it's name.
Wake: 0830a.m
We took the vans to 东涌 to meet up with wayne. Today's main activity was to visit the 大佛 atop the mountains.
The 10 storey flight of steps to nirvana.
大佛. His almighty palms used to seal 孙悟空 under the 五指山.
I found a manuscript... which will be revealed later.

Anyways, the visit was short, had a nice dosage of the fresh air on the mountains. Back to city.
For safety, they had this law. The culprit for this breach will be - distraction. They should also prohibit hand signs too - in case people point middle fingers!
After this, we took MTR back to our hotel area - to shop, then i seemed to be always the first to head back to hotel. I hope nobody blame me for my spoilsportness. I mentally unfit for shopping long hours, seriously.
After long hours of reading this entry, now for a short break...

Wayne went home at around 11pm that night. He's taking an hour bus ride back to 新界. I'm really grateful for their company and being our host bringing us around hong kong. Without them, i think it's rather difficult for us to find our way to sight-see. And under such hot weather, things may get worst.

Day 5: 星光大道
Wake: 0900a.m
Decided to take a longer sleep today. Though its the last day. Today is also the day where we tried to hurry our final shopping spree. The tarts we wanna get, the gifts, and all that.
Wayne met us at SOGO mall. Around 5 30pm, we were late becos we lost our way, the tour group split up. Things got in a little mess, and Wayne waited for an hour for us there. We had a quick dinner at the basement and then proceed to the 星光大道.
We were early, but there are already lots of people.
The city lights up as the sky darkens..
At this point..Bee had an urgent business visit to china..and unable to join us.
We're bored waiting.
The wind onto qian, and the city's beauty reflected by the sea..

The Lak-Tao-Moh band soothes the night away..
We split up while going shopping along the way. I was with Minz, Qianz, Jeff and Wayne. The rest splits up into 2 more groups.. after that, we merged. And split up again.
I end up shopping with Wayne, Minz and Qianz. We then reached hotel first with KFC for dinner.
The rest returned around 11pm. And jeff bought 臭豆腐 to "share" with me.
Wheel and I ate and swallowed up. Its smelly but its actually just taste a little sour when chewed. Wayne says we forgot the sauce that goes with the doufu, but anyways, its alright for me and wheel.
On the other hand, Jeff vomit out half the piece on his first attempt to eat. I was laughing so hard I cannot hold my camera and shoot his pathetic face sia...lol
His 2nd attempt, holding the KFC burger pack..and the doufu in his mouth.
He added an amount of tomato sauce that is more than the size of the doufu sia..but,
He still vomit out everything, and i almost died laughing.
Day 6:
DepartureThere's a little bit of panic when the driver can't be contacted, and my prepaid card used-up. I threw away before I checked out.
Bee: Thanks for worrying for us.. and your help to book the vans. but it wasn't your fault also..别太自责啊. :) I still cannot thank you enough for your reception and playing host to me and my frens whom you don't know.
