Unseen Forth-ComingIt's gonna be another major changes for me within my career path. I've been informed I will not be going back to the same ship or even squadron.
Chances are high that I may be moving to the newest, big ships - Stealth Frigates.
I'm not someone who can be prepared to adapt easily to anywhere. Especially when I have to organise my studies, work and I insist on having my own time when I am supposed to have it.
Working in Changi can be a life-turning, changing point. Probably any slacking of effort in going to school after work means my grades will dive. Working too hard may cause mental effects. I had rarely venture into such stages of compacted workloads before - only physically i suppose, but now I better not think much.
The deciding factor will be where am I going to.
I had to believe I'm always lucky? =D

Grade A!
Hmmm... good to go.
Probably because I've only 1 module.
Probably I've worked hard for it despite sailing and work.
Anyways I'm gonna let this energy keep going!
Happy birthday to Mum, Grandmother, Yixuan, Wendy and Hwee Sun! Stay healthy always.

CCCCMy car will officially be rented out on 6th June for 2 years, next saturday. I am enduring the kind of reluctance when I'm removing the accessories that I've placed inside as companions and as mortuary objects if I'm even involved in a fatal accident.
Thinking about the possible benefits from relieving it from my monthly expenses and being inexperienced with this sort of transactions, whether it is a fraud or not I have that risk to take.
I think I had no one else to look for more appropriate advices on this.

Overall Rating: ☺☺☺
It all begins with an agreement to donate out his organs and so came about skynet's domination? Relationship between characters were built up so hastily that all it seems in those humans are merely angry and revengeful or anyhow. The submarine HQ can detect hostilities but did nothing for its defenses.
It made up to be an excellent action fiction movie but to me, It is only ok i think.

Why is this the way it isOn the way back home from movie at the interchange, queuing up behind the feeder bus, I was watching the nearby queues boarding.
I noticed 1 bus driver, an auntie, was catching up with her smiling and greetings to the boarding passengers. She seemed like she didn't want to miss anyone.
The disturbing thing is, less than 4 passengers from that long, long queue, replied or smile back to that auntie except for one westerner who I can clearly see from afar that he return that attention to her with politeness.
At that moment I only wondered why most of those SG young or old, just gave that auntie a blank look and some just pass her without even looking at her for a sec. I thought if i were her and that almost 50 passengers, only 2 nodded in response and 2 return me with the greetings, it felt so ignored and unappreciated.

The Boat
you lent me that boat when I needed it, all that generosity
and just when I thought for the first time I'm happy that I was sailing on calm sea
but it was eventually an opportunity, while i was out in the sea
You scolded me for taking the boat out, because when the sea is calm,
It will be my fault that you cannot be in it.

POC First WeekBack to regimentation. Back to feeling like shit all over again. The marching, sweating and the various rules and regulations that is set by some guys I've yet to meet and I could never find the guts to even ask why, because that might just earn you extra 2 confinements because your question will never be valid in the first place.
I'm glad they catered useful lectures for us like:
Rules of the Road which comprises of the various rules and general guides to sea traffic and laws.
DISC personality test if you heard of it:
Dominance
Influence
Steadiness
Conscientiousness
this test is an officially proven effective and accuracy 99% personality test, which you need to pay to even take this test. You can access the information from
here. From this test you can even roughly know the kind of girlfriend/boyfriend you should look for that is bound to be compatible with you in the long run.
Introducing My Cohort of 2SGs

We are assigned or forced to choose various appointments for ourselves.
I've comfortably chose to be a:
Heritage DY - To take photos/videos and make into a short clip of our activities throughout the course alongside with my Heritage I.C
House Duty Planner - To plan duties, enough said.
That's why I could upload these pictures of our first week activities!

These games are brand new to me, like outward bounds i suppose. Teamwork and coordination are the crucial points to attain victory over the other teams.
We've participated in:
Ensign design
Compose a War cry
IQ tests
"Using straws to cover an egg so it wouldn't break after dropping from level 2 ground."
Making an "A" raft to pull a casualty to another point.
The Web game (as shown above)
E.T.C
We have 3 teams, and after every game, winner will be able to choose 1 out of 3 materials for making a raft, and the remaining teams will then be given without a choice of the remaining 2 types of material.
The last event was a performance by the 3 teams and a Miss STC contest (STC because we are playing the games in a Sea Training Center)
Who says nightmares only comes out in bad dreams?
It was past 8pm by the time this event finish and we had to build our raft for the next morning's race.

It ended at about 10pm and we prepared our stuffs early the next morning for the race.

Our Gears and raft with the champion looks. haha
3 teams, from furthest raft to nearest raft:
Somalia, Dark Knights and Staunch. And coincidentally, that's the final order of the race.

That's about all.

Farewell to Sovereignty
Maybe its temporarily, maybe its forever, whatever it is - I've left my ship after serving as a technician/engineer on board Sovereignty for the past 2 years.
To me, I may possibly be the luckiest one among my 7 fellow batchboys who went to this squadron together.
I had experienced the least sailing, but possibly done the most duties because the ships I went to, coincidentally reached their maintenance phases that total 10 months out of these 2 years.
Someone asked me how is it like to work in a naval ship. Do I like it there?
I would say that the deciding point can be who and what type of colleagues am I working with and the ever-changing policies, demands and there are confusing standards and methods that had never reached an agreement point. Sometimes its also about the high frequency of times out-at-sea.
And there is this 1 person that irritates the hell out of me almost all the time - enough to make me curse him in my mind whenever I see him. Why so serious?
1. Non-stop gibbering to broadcast his pessimism about the life in Navy and how different it is compared to the outside world.
2. Complained that he worked so hard but nobody appreciates him when he obviously did nothing significant. ( Ask someone from other departments to do his jobs while he took naps)
3. We were taking a break after a major repair on a machinery and he was sitting in the air-con room. He was angry and exclaimed that "You guys just want to watch me die of working loh!" while he attempts to remove a rubber tape that ties 2 ends of a knot together. Even my grandma could do that with ease. (Happens several times if he saw us resting and he is not)
4. Told me he was unhappy because nobody wished him good luck when he went for course or officially welcomed him back when his course finished, and I had received them.
I could go on and on about this guy, how we almost had a fight and that typical selfish kind of people who wants to harvest all the crops but does not sow the seeds at all, and go on to complain that the field is not well-fertilized.
Next week onwards, I'll be posted back to my training camp for the Petty Officer Course, the necessary step to go through before I can up-size my rank to 1st Sergeant. Have to stay-in for nearly 3 months.. F
On the other hand, Ah Bak you are right!
